What are the sessions really?

WHAT to book?
Let me know if you are booking a READING or THERAPY. The difference, in short, is that an astrology reading involves me providing a lot of information, while therapy focuses on facilitating healing based on your birth chart. In therapy, the birth chart informs the process in the background, but it isn’t directly discussed unless it naturally comes up in conversation. Which obviously is welcomed.

I believe it’s essential to explore your birth chart before diving into therapy. I don't want clients to expect astrology when booking therapy because analyzing your birth chart requires dedicated time and it is a very different setting, a consultation where we open to important insights from holy forces. In a way we also open to that in therapy, but in therapy the holy forces are opened as you go deep within.

Ideally, we'll review your birth chart in the first session to determine the best path forward. Some clients may be ready for therapy right away, while others might benefit from focusing on their astrological core meanings for 5-10 sessions first.

Online requirements

You will receive a zoom link before our session. Have your computer /phone plugged in or plenty charged. Be comfortable - You can lie down, sit however you like, you dont even need the camera on. If you prefer a walk and talk - let me know, so I can walk with you.

What is trauma therapy?
It is talk therapy with embodied interventions and space for all of you. I am trained in NARM and Parts Work, which are my preferred modalities. Your birth chart subtly informs the therapeutic process in the background regardless of the chosen method. I encourage you to close your eyes after our introductory tune in, if it helps you to create contact with unconscious parts of yourself. It is gentle, yet effective over time as your system eases into the process - I suggest you give it 5 sessions before evaluating if it is for you.

What is an astrology reading?
A reading can offer clear direction in life, a deeper sense of purpose, insights into important relationships and timelines, or an opportunity to explore the meaning of a loved one’s passing. Let me know what you’re seeking, and astrology often has a unique way of illuminating your exact question. However, you will need to choose a specific focus for each session - if you don’t have particular questions I can give you a general outline of your chart.
