What are the sessions really?

My session are talk therapy with embodied interventions and space for all of you. NARM and Parts Work are my preferred modalities unless a certain situation arises, then I can draw on other techniques. Your birth chart subtly informs the therapeutic process in the background regardless of the chosen method. I encourage you to close your eyes after our introductory tune in, if it helps you to create contact with the deeper emotional aspects of yourself. We really are working with the lunar consciousness in these sessions. It is gentle, yet effective over time as your system eases into the process - I suggest you give it 5 sessions before evaluating if it is for you.
An evolutionary astrology reading can offer a deeper sense of purpose in life, and in a session you will gain insights into important relationships or existential matters or important timelines or personal encounters. Let me know your questions before we meet. Astrology has a unique way of illuminating the way. HOWEVER these days I only work with astrology in a therapeutic setting, which means, that it should be sought out only for benefits for your mental and overall health. It means that not only will we talk about it, we integrate the parts of yourself, that you may have come into contact with. You are welcome for one session only, but I do recommend coming to at least 5 sessions to really feel the therapeutic effect as we need time to become build our relationship as well. The first session is more astrology focused, and then we go deeper into the trauma healing.
