Therapy

Therapy with me is designed to work with unresolved trauma. It is based on the idea that we have developed adaptive survival styles appropriate to the past, but which gets in the way of what we want today. These adaptations, such as self-hatred and shame, create symptoms and ongoing disconnection from ourselves and from others. We track the interplay between connection and disconnection to help you become aware of the unconscious binds, so they don't dominate your life. The healing work with me focus on your deepest longing for yourself.

Energy

Moving Meditation with me is a blend of yoga combined with energetic, hypnotic and transcendental practices. The sessions I teach are designed to untangle, release and free up stagnant energy in the body  - also known as tension, pain, insomnia. It is a rewiring practice that will increase the possibility of restoring your natural healing power. The movements help to engage the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, and are highly regulating.
